EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience in visual merchandising is preferred but not essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls or inquiries when necessary.
• A proactive approach to communication, ensuring clarity and understanding with both customers and colleagues.
