This role is within our Garden Centre where you will be recommending products, solutions, and inspiration to our customers for a range of products including indoor foliage, budding fruit trees, little baby seedings and more with all sorts of garden care queries along the way.

Your daily duties will include:

• Assisting customers with plant selection, gardening advice, and product recommendations
• Maintaining healthy plant stock and tidy displays
• Unloading and stocking all the new goodies that arrive in store

This ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

• Is a keen gardener ready to share their knowledge
• Has the ability to work within a team environment as well as alone
• Is physically fit as there will be prolonged standing and ladder use. Some heavy lifting is also required
• Has enthusiasm and team spirit
• Enjoys interacting with people and is customer focused
• Has a passion for customer service excellence
• Has good time management
• Has a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
• Has a willingness to learn

This is a fixed-term position until Feb 2026 to cover our busy Spring period, working Tuesday to Saturday, with a maximum of 35 hours per week.
