Responsibilities
Oversee operations of our garden maintenance crews
Ensure the maintenance trailers are loaded and equipped for the day/week
Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at all sites
Communicate clearly and effectively delegate tasks
Effectively take direction and report back daily
Take notes on site for any deficiencies
Must be able to pay attention to detail on large commercial sites, and have a strong focus on managing timelines
Be comfortable in charge of your own crew
We will execute any extras/enhancements that arise at the direction of business owner
