The right candidate will need to be/have;
A good knowledge of plants/plant care
Strong and capable of lifting
The ability to learn about products and take a keen interest
Exceptional time keeping skills
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
A clear understanding of a “One team” culture
Understanding of irrigation would be a benefit
Previous experience in retail and/or plant health/irrigation positions would be beneficial however not essential.
