We are a growing grounds maintenance and landscaping business, and we’re looking for a reliable Gardening & Landscaping Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role covering a wide range of outdoor work, from regular garden upkeep to larger landscaping projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Garden maintenance (mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, weeding)
• Soft landscaping (planting, turfing, bed preparation)
• Assisting on hard landscaping projects (patios, edging, sleeper beds)
• Keeping sites tidy and professional at all times
• Occasionally working independently on smaller jobs once trained

What we’re looking for

• Practical experience in gardening, grounds care and landscaping (essential)
• Good all-round skills and willingness to learn new techniques
• A positive, reliable attitude — pride in doing a good job is a must
• Ability to work outdoors in all weathers
• Full UK driving licence (ideally with your own vehicle to get to jobs)
