About Us
Essential Care Victoria partners with aged care clients across regional Victoria to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality home and garden maintenance. We are currently seeking subcontractors to join our team and support older Australians in remaining independent at home.
Work is available across multiple regional towns in Victoria (e.g., Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Geelong, and surrounding areas). Travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden tidy-ups
• Weeding (manual or with weed control)
• Hedge trimming and light pruning (small to medium)
• Gutter and window cleaning (single-storey only)
• Green waste removal (as required)

Pay

• $30 – $80 per hour
• (Some larger projects are paid at flat rates, typically $100–$350+ depending on the job.)

Requirements

• Previous gardening or property maintenance experience (preferred)
• Own tools and reliable transport
• Public liability insurance
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
