Overview: : Aspect Housing LTD is seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. This is more than just a gardening role—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by maintaining and enhancing the gardens that serve as peaceful, therapeutic spaces for our service users living in supported housing. What You’ll Do As part of our grounds maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

• Planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching to keep gardens vibrant and healthy
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently for various gardening tasks
• Managing irrigation and watering schedules to support optimal plant growth
• Monitoring plant health, identifying pests or diseases, and taking appropriate action
• Assisting in the design and layout of garden spaces to enhance visual appeal
• Maintaining cleanliness of garden areas and equipment for a tidy work environment
• Painting and maintaining fences and outdoor structures to preserve and refresh appearance
• Collaborating with team members to achieve landscaping goals and uphold high standards

What We’re Looking For: : We welcome applicants with a range of experience levels. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping (preferred but not essential)
• Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
• Basic knowledge of irrigation and plant care techniques
• Ability or willingness to paint fences and perform general outdoor maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for plants and outdoor spaces
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
