Important Requirement
A full, valid UK driver’s license is required — this is non-negotiable. You must be able to travel to jobs independently or drive the work vehicle if needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Garden maintenance: mowing, pruning, planting, clearing, etc.
• Using tools and basic machinery (training provided)
• Interacting professionally with clients on-site
• Tackling non-traditional jobs — whatever needs doing to get the job done
• Supporting wider aspects of the business:
• Social media (optional but a bonus)
• Admin and organisation (as needed)
• Business development tasks (with training)

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Friendly and presentable with good communication skills
• Curious and willing to learn — ideally someone with ambition
• Comfortable taking on unusual or varied tasks
• Must have a full UK driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of tools/machinery is a bonus, but not essential
