Location: Welshpool
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime available)
Pay: £12.50 an hour (£18.75 an hour overtime)
Avid Personnel is seeking hardworking and reliable Garden Nursery Workers to join our clients team. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, caring for plants, and supporting daily nursery operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• A keen interest in plants, gardening, or horticulture (preferred but not essential)
• Training provided
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Planting, watering, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Handling, potting, and organizing plants for sale or distribution
• Assisting with general maintenance and upkeep of the nursery
• Loading and unloading deliveries of plants and materials
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
