Plant, transplant, and nurture flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscaping plans. Monitor plant health and identify signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies. Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers safely and according to regulations. Operate gardening tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Maintain walkways, outdoor facilities, and green areas by removing weeds, debris, and litter. Perform routine inspections of landscaped areas and report any issues requiring attention. Maintain irrigation systems and report malfunctions. Assist with landscaping projects, seasonal decorations, and special event setups. Ensure safe, clean, and organized storage of tools and supplies. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience as a gardener, landscaper, or similar role preferred. Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance. Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery safely. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining attractive outdoor environments.
