Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Prune and trim plants to ensure their health and promote growth
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in the garden
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform gardening tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening equipment and tools
Experience:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is a must
- Knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, and growth patterns
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
