As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Part-Time Gardener who shares our passion for keeping our grounds clean and beautiful for our customers and employees to enjoy alike. Role and Responsibilities Monitor plant health and overall appearance in ornamental beds and borders Perform routine garden care, including but not limited to planting, transplanting, fertilizing, watering, staking, and seasonal upkeep Maintain and troubleshoot basic irrigation systems Assist with or lead new garden design and planting projects Prune, shear, and maintain shrubs, perennials, and other plantings Manage weeding, mulching, and composting activities Travel between multiple restaurant locations to maintain landscape standards Operate landscape maintenance equipment, including but not limited to power tools, hedgers, weed trimmers, backpack blowers, and hand tools All other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Self-starter with a strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Strong attention to detail Proven customer service skills Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English Preferred Qualifications Previous gardening or landscape maintenance experience Experience with garden design or plant layout Basic knowledge of irrigation systems Experience with hardscaping Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Requires physical labor, including digging, planting, and moving materials Regular use of landscape equipment and power tools; noise levels may be moderate to high Travel between multiple job sites is required Benefits – Based on Eligibility Health Dental Vision Life Vacation Sick pay Paid meal while on shift 401(k) $22-$26 per hour
Responsibilities
