JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Gardener to join our Manukau village where you be supporting the Gardener and Property Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of the village gardens and outdoor areas. You will also be assisting the property team as and when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in helping to create attractive landscapes, and values working in a community-focused environment.
This is a casual role. Working on an as and when basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideally, you’ll bring some experience in gardening or landscaping—but what matters most to us is your genuine passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and your warm, respectful approach to people from all walks of life.
You’ll be a team player who can also work independently, managing your time effectively to ensure daily tasks are completed to a high standard. Being well-organised, efficient, and physically fit will help you thrive in this hands-on role and deliver great service to our residents.
