We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Maintenance Response Team as an experienced Gardener.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

A vehicle may be provided so a full driving licence is essential.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Gardener to join our team. As a Maintenance Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying various properties while working in a fun and casual environment. Your main responsibilities will include gardening, cutting grass, digging borders, weeding, repairing fences, and other general maintenance tasks. On rainy days you will be paired with the removal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining gardens by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and pruning trees
• Upkeeping of borders, planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Maintaining and keeping garden spaces weed-free and clean and tidy.
• Ensuring proper irrigation and maintaining garden equipment
• Repairing and maintaining sheds, fences, and other structures on the properties
• Conducting regular property inspections to identify any maintenance needs
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
• Communicating with property owners and addressing any concerns or requests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gardening and property maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of various plants, flowers, and trees
• Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
