JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking one more garden team member to help finish off the 2025 season. As a gardener at GardenWise, you will play a vital role in the creation and maintenance of our clients’ gardens. You will work in groups of 3-5 ensuring that each garden reflects our commitment to quality and beauty.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Gardening experience is an asset but not required. Will train the right candidates.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Working in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for nature and a dedication to creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.

• Performing regular maintenance tasks such as weeding, raking, cultivating, deadheading, and plant staking.
• Proper use of gardening tools including hedge trimmers and blowers.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
