THE ROLE

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Gardener / Landscaper / Plant Maintenance Hand to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be the face of FunkyPlants, ensuring our plants look their absolute best while delivering exceptional service.
You’ll work both independently and alongside subcontractors, helping us bring life into workplaces across Sydney. With a strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants, you’ll be advising clients, maintaining thriving greenery, and supporting the growth of our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plant Care & Nutrition - Watering, fertilising, pruning, and ensuring plants look their best.
· Subcontractor Supervision - Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on larger jobs.
· Client Liaison - Building strong client relationships and representing the FunkyPlants brand professionally.
· Plant Selection & Scope - Assisting in plant selection and project scoping with creative and practical input.
· Expert Advice - Providing horticultural knowledge to guide clients on plant health and maintenance.
· Safety & Compliance - Following workplace health and safety requirements on every job.
· Independent Work - Managing your own schedule and sites with reliability and professionalism.
