An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Gardener/Groundsman to join our team at Buderim Meadows. This is a permanent part-time role, working 22.5 hours a week, across Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Shifts run from 8:00AM - 4:00PM. Flexibility in scheduled says may be considered.
Buderim Meadows is a contemporary village situated within walking distance to retail shops and a quick drive to Maroochydore’s Sunshine Plaza. Joining the team promises a fulfilling experience, allowing you to enjoy the satisfaction of assisting our friendly residents and work within a supportive team environment.
The Gardener/Groundsman will be required to deliver garden and property maintenance, ensuring the village is properly kept for the enjoyment of the residents.

Working under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will execute all gardening activities such as:

• Maintenance of common garden areas, including mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, pruning, picking up leaves/rubbish, green waste management, and tools/equipment maintenance.

As you will be working alongside our residents, a customer-service focus is essential, along with a genuine interest in assisting the elderly.
