Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Garden maintenance operative to join our team.
As a GMO you will be responsible for assisting with various gardening and landscaping tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have a passion for gardening and want to contribute to the beauty of our outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining garden beds and landscapes
- Operate power tools and hand tools to perform various gardening tasks
- Prune trees, shrubs, and plants to maintain their health and appearance
- Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, and weeding
- Help maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Assist with the installation of new plants, flowers, and other garden features
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping of 1 year or more
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in gardening
- Familiarity with plant care techniques such as watering, pruning, and fertilizing
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and kneeling
