Join our winning team!   Pay:  This is a Piece Rate position starting at $19.00/Hourly Shift Hours:  7:00am-3:30pm/Monday-Friday   What you will be doing: * Work in a temperature-controlled building where your attention to detail ensures high-quality embroidered products reach our customers. * Inspect a variety of embroidered products, including shirts, sweatshirts, coats, sweatpants, and shorts, preparing them for shipping or storage. * Use work orders to verify proper design placement, review order accuracy, remove embroidery backings, fold, stack, package products, and sort finished items by color and size. * Attach barcodes, stickers, and hang tags as needed, complete production tracking paperwork, and ensure all records are accurate.   What You Bring to the Table: * Experience with embroidery equipment, including operation, adjustments, and maintenance. * Strong ability to maintain accurate counts using basic math skills. * Physical stamina to stand, bend, twist, reach, and grip throughout your shift and lift up to 50 pounds, stacking boxes and totes as needed. * Detail-oriented mindset committed to meeting high-quality embroidery standards. * Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and order accuracy.   What’s needed: Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).    Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in garment inspection, embroidery, or related fields is a plus.   We Offer: * Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups  * 112 Hours of PTO and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday) * Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!    The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
