• Oversee the production timeline for seasonal and capsule collections, ensuring timely delivery in line with brand calendar.
• Coordinate with design, patternmaking, sampling, and production teams to prepare and approve technical specs and sample garments.
• Monitor and guide production at internal and external production units to ensure high standards of finish, fit, and construction are met.
• Manage raw materials procurement, track fabric and trims, and ensure optimal stock levels for inventory.
• Maintain detailed production tracking documents for each style, size, and variation.
• Ensure all garments meet quality control standards through rigorous inspection processes.
• Work closely with the merchandising and logistics teams to align production output with delivery timelines and distribution plans.
• Troubleshoot production delays, material shortages, or quality issues with minimal disruption to the collection schedule.

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
