Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

BEPC is seeking a Chemical Logistics Technician to join our client’s dynamic operations team in Sunnyvale, CA. In this essential role, you will oversee and maintain high-performance gas and chemical distribution systems used in semiconductor manufacturing across multiple facilities. This position offers hands-on involvement in supporting over 2,000 pieces of critical equipment, alongside a structured training and advancement path.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in gas, chemical, and slurry systems used in wafer fabrication.
  • Lead equipment operations across 11 buildings in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale, ensuring strict adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.
  • Support projects involving installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of systems including EMD Electronics, Applied Energy Systems, Fuji, and Air Liquide.
  • Perform routine cylinder and drum changes and complex technical troubleshooting.
  • Author and execute operating and maintenance procedures with a focus on zero incidents.
  • Manage inventory, chemical offloading, storage, and internal distribution logistics.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; barcode scanning experience is a plus.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and a tiered qualification program offering advancement across five technician levels.
