PLUMBER & GAS ENGINEER – NXG HOME SERVICES LTD

Location: London & South East
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (earlier finish possible if jobs are completed efficiently)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety (required)
• Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ or equivalent)

We are looking for an experienced Plumber & Gas Engineer to join our responsive maintenance team. You will be working across London and the South East on both occupied and unoccupied properties, carrying out:

• Gas safety inspections & boiler servicing
• Boiler fault finding, breakdown repairs & installations
• Plumbing repairs and installations (reactive work)
• General property maintenance tasks as required

You will be expected to complete all works to a high standard, comply with health and safety requirements, and maintain excellent communication with customers and the office team.
