ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Valid ACS qualifications CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
• Experience in combi conversions and heating systems.
• Strong knowledge and experience working with domestic gas systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both with customers and colleagues
• A proactive approach to health and safety compliance

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Unvented hot water storage.
• 5 years experience working on gas installations.
• Electrical knowledge including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers.
• Experience working on social housing schemes.

• Install, maintain, and repair domestic gas systems and appliances across various sites.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all gas systems are safe, compliant, and functioning efficiently.
• Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting support for gas-related issues, resolving problems promptly.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards while working on-site.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including safety checks and equipment servicing.
• Issue Landlord and Gas Safety Certificates
