ABOUT THE ROLE:

We need experienced engineers to help deliver a high standard of service, repair, and installation work across our network of properties. Whether attending an annual service visit, a complex breakdown, or a full heating and plumbing installation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Attending service visits and breakdown repairs across a range of central heating and plumbing systems.
Diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure same-day fixes where possible.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems, including boilers, pipework, and water heating systems.
Carrying out general plumbing work, including leaks, pipe fitting, and system maintenance.
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and safety procedures.
Working independently while also collaborating with a supportive team.
