Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Carrying out day-to-day repairs Fault finding Completing annual servicing visits Meeting first-time fix targets Maintaining high-quality standards Focusing on customer satisfaction Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays The successful candidate will have Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points) Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential Experience delivering high levels of customer service The ability to work with a diverse customer base What we can offer you We offer a range of benefits designed to support your lifestyle whilst working for Sureserve and outside of work, some of these include: Competitive salary (basic between 30k & 50k depending on experience with OTE of up to 70k) Contributory Pension scheme Life assurance 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, rising 1 per year of service to a max of 33 days Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption leave, and other family friendly policies such as carer’s leave, neonatal leave, IVF, and assisted conception leave.
