Recognized formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) (desirable NOT essential)
Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) (desirable NOT essential)
The role is permanent after a successful 3 month probation.
Responsibilities
Completion of Annual gas servicing & minor heating repairs working to health & safety guidelines, safe working practices, operational procedures, gas safety regulations and specifications.
Must be available for out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety
Report / Complete works using your PDA
Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards
Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules
