REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Gas Fitter ‘B’ license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC diagnostics and maintenance.
  • Ability to safely handle and install water heaters, with assistance from material handling equipment as needed.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems, including electronics and electrical components.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and build positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.

    - Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to on-call duties as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Install water heaters, including tankless models, and related equipment according to manufacturer guidelines, local codes, and safety standards.
  • Replace or repair malfunctioning or leaking water heaters and maintain HVAC systems.
  • Educate customers on available options and make professional recommendations based on their needs.
  • Participate in training programs and mentor newer installers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.

    - Follow all applicable health & safety regulations.
