ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in domestic gas/heating engineering
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
• NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in plumbing/heating
• Excellent fault-finding skills and attention to detail
• A valid clean UK driving licence
• Confident using mobile apps and software for job management
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Gas/Heating Engineer who takes pride in their work and thrives in a quality-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Boiler, radiator and system Install, Boiler service, and repair gas boilers, heating systems, pipework, and radiators
• Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of domestic heating systems
• Carry out powerflushing and full strip-down servicing
• Confidently install new boilers, cylinders, S/Y plan systems, and heating controls
• Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear technical advice
• Support our Service Plan customers, including participation in an on-call rota for emergency cover
• Recommend products and solutions that suit the customer’s needs while supporting the company’s growth
• Be open to learning, upskilling, and growing as we expand into new sectors
