We’re expanding our network of freelance professionals and are looking for qualified Gas Engineers to carry out Domestic Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) inspections across London. In this role, you’ll inspect gas appliances, systems, and flues to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards - and issue official CP12 certificates.

• Conduct Gas Safety (CP12) inspections in line with current legislation and Gas Safe requirements
• Inspect boilers, cookers, fires, flues, and pipework for functionality and safety
• Complete and issue CP12 certificates with accurate reporting
• Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and agents as needed
• Ensure all work is carried out to high standards of safety and compliance
