QUALIFICATIONS

  • ACS Qualification (including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1)
  • Full, Clean driving licence
  • Unvented not essential, but desirable

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3-years experience as a Gas Safe engineer
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £47,840.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing to boilers and fires for social housing landlords.
  • Provide excellent customer relationships with client(s), tenants and external customers.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the Contract Manager and Lead Engineers.
  • Adhere to all deadlines set and meet department objectives.
  • Ensure paperwork is accurately completed and returned.
  • Attend Toolbox Talks.
  • Ensure tools are PAT tested quarterly.
  • Perform to KPI’s set by line manager.
  • Ensure you comply to Engineer standards i.e. uniform, appearance etc, at all times.
  • Maintain an understanding of Health, Safety and Environment responsibilities/duties and Company Procedures.
  • Complete weekly vehicle and equipment checks on own van/tools, reporting any concerns to line management as promptly as possible.
  • Present van for monthly audits carried out by line manager, ensuring they are clean and tidy, road worthy and the van information pack is present.
  • Provide on-call support as required.
  • Any other reasonable duties.
