Job Description Act as technical advisor for gas specialist / fuel gas systems expert scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance with project/offtaker requirements, identify risks and deviations, prepare clarifications, support technical evaluation, and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline Professional registration, chartership, or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred Additional Information Required Experience 10+ years in fuel gas systems for power plants, oil & gas, or IPP projects with technical advisory or EPC design review experience Technical Expertise Fuel gas receiving and conditioning; pressure reducing/metering station; filtration/heating; gas quality; Wobbe index; gas chromatograph; purge/vent; hazardous area; gas compressor where applicable; fuel gas safety. API, ASME B31.3/B31.8 as applicable, NFPA, IECEx/ATEX principles, ISO gas measurement standards, OEM fuel gas requirements Commercial/Contract Awareness Ability to read and comment on IPP/PPA/EPC technical schedules, guarantees, LD-linked performance clauses, interface obligations, acceptance testing requirements, and developer deviations Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Project Contract Service Line: Nuclear SL Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Consultancy
