We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while managing various tasks at the gas station. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for sales, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Promote and upsell products available in the convenience store, including snacks, beverages, and automotive supplies.
• Conduct product demos to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station premises, including restrooms and convenience store areas.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
