JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with fuel purchases, convenience store items, and vehicle-related needs. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling products and services, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with cash handling processes and basic math skills for transaction accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • A strong understanding of technology sales can be beneficial for promoting related products.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and convenience store areas.
  • Monitor fuel levels and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
  • Provide basic vehicle assistance, such as checking oil levels or tire pressure when needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
