Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our station. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, possess excellent supervisory skills, and be proficient in handling cash transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise station staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure smooth operation of the station, including inventory management and restocking
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share
- Monitor and maintain station budget, including expenses and revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management and supervising staff
- Proficiency in cash handling, POS systems, and cashiering
-Strong ability to delegate, oversee and enforce work with your employees
- Strong ability to sell products and promote services effectively
- Excellent mathematical skills for budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with market trends and competition analysis
