JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop good working relationships with customers of Rick’s Heating and Cooling
• Perform all maintenance, service and installation in accordance with manufacturers specifications
• Follows all Health and Safety regulations
• Represents Rick’s Heating and Cooling in a professional and courteous manner
• Complete paperwork as required for billing customers
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

Qualifications:

• 3-5 year’s experience as a Gas Technician II
• Any other licenses are an asset
• Completion of grade 12 or equivalent
• Must have a minimum Class G Driver’s license
• Clean Driver’s abstract to be provided before starting
• Clean criminal background check to be provided
• Willing to work on call 1 week per 4 or 5 weeks
• Ability to lift items in excess of 50 lbs
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both writing and verbally
• Good time management
• Punctual and dependable
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Ability to learn/use new technologies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
