● Colorectal Resection: Removal of part of the colon, typically due to colorectal cancer, diverticulitis, or inflammatory bowel disease. ● Gastrectomy: Removal of part or all of the stomach, often used for stomach cancer or severe ulcers. ● Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy: Minimally invasive removal of the gallbladder. ● Esophagectomy: Removal of part or all of the esophagus, often for esophageal cancer. ● Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD): A minimally invasive technique to remove precancerous or early-stage cancerous lesions in the digestive tract. ● Pancreaticoduodenectomy (Whipple Procedure): A complex surgery to remove part of the pancreas, small intestine, and other tissues, often due to pancreatic cancer.

Responsibilities

Perform complex gastrointestinal surgeries including colorectal resections, gastrectomies, and esophagectomies. Utilize minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy and endoscopic submucosal dissection to treat digestive tract lesions.
