Key Responsibilities: - Conducting thorough medical evaluations, including reviewing patient medical history, performing physical exams, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests. - Providing accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of digestive system disorders. - Developing personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and conditions. - Prescribing and administering medications, as well as recommending dietary changes and lifestyle modifications. - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, nutritionists, and surgeons, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. - Staying updated with the latest developments and research in the field of gastroenterology. - Participating in conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
