Gastroenterologist Physician Sarasota, FL Position Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to join our established practice and maintain a robust team of five physicians. This opportunity exists due to the departure of a current physician, and we are looking to fill the position immediately. Both experienced physicians and residents/fellows are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care in Gastroenterology with the option to perform ERCP and EUS if fellowship-trained. Participate in a 1:5 call schedule, ensuring seamless patient care. Use the practice's EMR system for efficient patient management. Employment Details: Employed for the first two years, with an opportunity for partnership upon successful completion of the second year. Compensation: First 2 years: Base salary of $350k with a productivity bonus potential between $50k-$100k. 3rd year: Compensation potential between $500k-$650k. Additional Benefits: Vacation: 3 weeks of vacation, plus 1 week for CME. Health insurance, 401(k) with a 3% match on the first $250k of salary. CME allowance: Up to $2,500 per year. Relocation assistance is provided. Malpractice Insurance: The practice provides a claims-made policy, but the physician will be responsible for their own tail coverage should they leave the group.
