ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning enthusiast to join our Operations Team. You will be joining a team of Gate Operations specialists who are responsible for recording all incoming and outgoing assets on our system to ensure all are captured as per the relevant processes. This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5.00pm. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all who attend the site
• Control public access to our sites to ensure visitors are safe while on site
• Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers to enable vehicle drop-off and pickup
• Coordinate, monitor and record all assets that are delivered and/or depart from our site
• Manage administration processes to ensure correct documents are provided to customers and the correct information including the customer’s name is recorded on each condition report
• Collaborate with other operational team members to ensure all stakeholders have a great experience with Pickles

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Current & valid manual drivers’ license (desirable)
• High attention to detail
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required
