ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Milperra, 2214 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5.00pm! Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse
• Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pick up of vehicles
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• High attention to detail
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required
