This role involves overseeing gatehouse operations, ensuring site safety, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Industry Authority) – essential
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage paperwork and update systems accurately
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
• Flexible and able to work well as part of a team
• Full training will be provided for site-specific responsibilities

• Manage gatehouse duties, including vehicle access control, ensuring a smooth and secure flow of traffic.
• Accurately log vehicle movements, update documentation, and ensure compliance with client requirements and company procedures.
• Monitor access points and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a secure environment.
• Carry out routine internal and external patrols to deter potential security threats.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any incidents, emergencies, or alarms in line with company procedures.
• Strictly follow all security protocols and site-specific instructions.
• Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with staff, visitors, and contractors.
