  We’re Hiring!
  We are currently looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for a Gatekeeper in our Production Department at our Leamington ON Farms facility.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Working in cool and warm environments.
• Time spent in production area.
• Walking, sitting, and standing throughout the day.
• Team-oriented environment with some independent work.
• Working with a wide array of people and cultures in a team setting.
• This is an active role; time will be spent in the office and walking within the Warehouse or other phases as required.

• Ensure data entry for all production orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Line Leads, Allocation Coordinator, Inventory Clerk, and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure alignment on the daily production schedule. This includes label requirements, case quantities, shipping times, etc.
• Identifying and recording lot numbers for dry goods to consume accordingly.
• Ensuring the collected data on #2 and waste is entered correctly into Business Central.
• Monitoring Chats, Production Schedule, and Email groups for real time order changes.
• Walkthrough cooler/staging area regularly ensuring all inventoried product is labeled correctly and in real time prior to leaving the production area.
• Accurately completing all related documentation and paperwork as required.
• Reporting operational issues or delays to the Warehouse Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.
