Job Description Are you ready to get your hands dirty and join our team of efficient grounds crew? Who are we looking for? We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in working outdoors. Our team manages the Grounds Maintenance It would help if you were willing to work as part of the team, have a can-do attitude, and always remain focused on safety and service delivery. Ideally, you will have prior experience. However, we are willing to provide training for the right person. Duties will include maintaining property fields, pathways, hedges, and trees, operating a ride on mower and other equipment, pruning and shaping trees, fixing fences, clearing roads and paths, and reporting maintenance requirements. This is a Casual role with the potential to become a Full time and would be well suited to either an experienced applicant who demonstrates competencies in a similar part; or someone interested in pursuing a career in Grounds Maintenance; the role could suit a recent school leaver with a P Plate license and an interest in outdoor labor.
