POSITION SUMMARY: We currently have openings in the operations department for the following positions: (Shifts hours are from 5 am -5 pm) Galvanizing Production Equipment ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required · Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment. · Move materials through the process tanks and zinc kettles. · Learn how to pin rolls to enter the line and how to pull the completed rolls off at the end of the line. · Must be able to identify the product being coated. · Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor. · Maintain your area clean · Maintain 5 S in your department · Must be able to work overtime as required. Requirements NECESSARY SKILLS, BACKGROUND & COMPETENCIES: Minimum one year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Must be able to work in a team-based, positive, fast-paced environment. Must be able to understand written instructions and follow procedures. Must be able and willing to work 5 AM-5 PM MON-SAT. Employees average at least 40 hours a week, no more than 50. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Benefits: We’ve got you covered.
