We’re looking for a GB Plan Design Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to accurately code plan information amendments in the system. Position Responsibilities: Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures Practice good judgment in processing cases Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management Required Qualifications: Open for fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting. Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations. A bachelor's degree in any field is required. Amenable for fixed night shift. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft tools Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
