REQUIREMENTS

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 1 year of experience.
• Currently serving NYSC member.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Experience in customer support, especially in crypto, fintech, or tech industries, is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
