The Frankfurt Fixed Income Services team is a Middle Office team in Global Banking & Markets responsible for supporting bond transactions (Corporates, Rates and Schuldschein/ Namensschuldverschreibungen) executed by the German and Austrian Sales desks. The team ensures accuracy of bookings as well as pre-matching and fails management. We are currently looking for an Associate or experienced Analyst to join the team which forms part of Global Banking & Market Operations in Frankfurt.

The Frankfurt Fixed Income Services team performs a range of daily control functions designed to ensure booking accuracy and integrity of books and records. Additionally the team takes care of the post-allocation flow which includes pre-matching and fails management. Main functions are:

• Allocations
• Resolve match issues between Trading and Sales bookings
• Trade amendments
• Reconciliations and breaks resolution
• Processing of life cycle events such asset servicing events
• Pre-matching
• Management of fails and settlement issues

In addition, the team focusses heavily on continuous process improvement and automation. This is done through partnerships with our clients, sales and other Operations teams with the aim of encouraging adoption of industry best practices in relation to ‘straight through processing’ and thus improving our automation rates.
