Job Description: We are UPS, the world's largest package delivery company and we are looking for Customer Service Agents & Reception to join our Customer Service department/Head Offices at Koropi (on site job) Main responsibilities Handle incoming calls for pick up, track and trace, service guarantees, service information, export shipments exception and other enquiries in professional manner, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service. Understand UPS service, product, systems and procedures Identify and record customer concern or issues Recommend solutions about service concerns to management Identify potential needs of customer and submit sales leads Work at the Customers Reception Desk providing service to in coming customers Qualifications Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus Computer skills (CRM systems) and ability to use office equipment are required Fluency in Greek and English is a must Be flexible and able to work under pressure Be Patient, with a Friendly approach and Can-do attitude Problem solving skills & able to follow procedures What we Offer: Work 5 Days / week : Monday to Friday ( free weekends) Competitive Salary Private Life & Health Insurance plan (under contract turn to perm) Full training to help you perform at your best.
