Job Description: Resumen del puesto GBS Intermed A/R Associate: Este puesto es responsable de la aplicación de efectivo para múltiples unidades de negocio, contactando a los clientes para garantizar la asignación oportuna de sus fondos. Apoyará la aplicación, los movimientos de crédito de los clientes, los reembolsos, la asignación de crédito, los créditos a futuro, la conciliación de cuentas por cobrar y la supervisión diaria para que los informes y otras actividades se completen a tiempo. Registrará con precisión todas las transacciones en los sistemas locales. Servirá de enlace entre departamentos y realizará otras tareas según se le solicite. Responsabilidades: • Analizar los pagos para que los fondos se asignen a tiempo según lo soliciten los clientes a través de múltiples unidades de negocio. • Contactar a los clientes por correo electrónico o teléfono para garantizar una resolución oportuna. • Investigar múltiples sistemas UPS cuando sea necesario para resolver problemas. Educación y experiencia laboral: • Licenciatura en Finanzas y Contabilidad o afín. • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en contabilidad. Idiomas: • Inglés avanzado (70%). Responsibilities
