Job Description: The GBS Fraud Mitigation Analyst assists with review, evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of improvements to processes that support internal and external customers. He/She monitors the health of assigned processes, programs, policies, systems, and tools to identify areas of process improvement. This position assists with the research, evaluation, development, and implementation of solutions to eliminate fraud issues. Collaborates with UPS Fraud Mitigation groups and other internal customers in the deployment of new processes and streamlining current processes. Duties: Receives requests from UPS internal and external customers via email, phone, and websites to be resolved in a timely manner. Determines scope of requests and reviews issues with appropriate personnel as needed to assign specific actions required to resolve. Calling customer and understanding the issue and give resolution. Keeping eyes on Fraud accounts/customers to mitigate more fraud. Qualifications Required: Strong written and verbal/Listening communication skills. Effective time management Ability to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while producing timely and accurate results. Ability to work flexible hours on an occasional, as needed basis.
